Special Note: This recruitment is for two positions: Managing Director or Business Development Director. Both positions will start with the BD Director role during the probationary period.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Team Size: Total employees in Singapore office: 13 (Number of subordinates: TBD)
Position Objective:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and strategy plan to achieve and exceed revenue and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Act as the main representative for both new and existing clients at Kadence Singapore
-Identify new business opportunities and innovative sales approaches
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions
-Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
-Monitor performance against key performance metrics and regularly report results and action points to senior management
-Analyze the market to monitor competitors and changes in the business landscape
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a successful Sales Director or similar leadership role, preferably in a marketing research firm, brand consultancy firm, or other professional services (B2B) firm
-Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
-Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
-Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Ability to communicate, present to, and influence all levels of an organization, including C-level
-Demonstrable leadership skills and experience, with a willingness to be hands-on
SGD 12,000 ~15,000 (MONTH) Bonus: Up to 2 months, based on performance
