Project Coordinator – Interior Design / Renovation Company – Tanjong Pagar

■OVERVIEW
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with some experience in interior design project coordination? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality renovation and interior projects across Singapore. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
■RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do:
1) Support the Project Management team in executing renovation and interior design projects from start to finish.
2) Develop and maintain project schedules, liaising effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
3) Monitor and coordinate site activities, ensuring work progresses on time and meets quality and safety standards.
4) Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits.
5) Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly to ensure seamless project flow.
6) Attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

■REQUIREMENTS
At least 1–3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A background in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 3,000 ~4,000 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable

9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm

Working Hours & Conditions:
Basic office hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Required to be in the office daily unless a project requires full-day site supervision. In such cases, you may stay on-site for the entire day.
Balance between office-based work and hands-on project coordination on-site.
