■REQUIREMENTS
Ideal Candidate Profile-Passionate: Resonates deeply with our company's vision and mission, bringing enthusiasm and dedication
-Strong Communicator: Capable of conveying difficult truths in a professional, constructive manner
-Personable: Friendly and approachable, fostering trust with clients and colleagues
Language Proficiency:
-Japanese: Conversational proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (formal certification not required)
-Mandarin Chinese: Preferred – many client HR representatives are Mandarin speakers
-Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 5,000 ~6,500 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable■WORKING HOURS
9:00 am ~ 6:00 pm■WORKPLACE

ConditionsSalary: SGD 5,000–6,500 (negotiable based on experience)
Bonus: Performance-based quarterly bonus (starting after 1 year of employment)
Work Arrangement: Full-time, 9am–6pm, Office-based
Start date: Within 2 months
