CRM Executive(Customer Relations Management)

■RESPONSIBILITIES
■Job description:CRM & Translation for Cross-border E-Commerce

1. Customer service and communication with EC customers (basically via email or SNS)

2. Logistics management support (communication with Japanese companies)

3. Management of Facebook communication (cooperation with travel communicators, content creation etc. )

4. Management of tasting events for box production

5. Customer survey support

6. Translation work (Japanese⇔English, English⇔Traditional Chinese) and communication with the Taiwanese team in this regard

7. Drafting, implementation, and review of initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates

8. Other company-wide support operations
■REQUIREMENTS
(Must):

- E-commerce business experience

- Experience in CRM management and execution

- Japanese and Traditional Chinese characters supported

(Nice):

- Logistic management

- Experience of team work

■Language:

Must:English, Mandarin(Taiwan), Japanese

Reason: This site is also produced in traditional Chinese, and there is also cooperation with Taiwan, so it is better if you can use traditional Chinese.

In addition, in order to be in charge of logistics management and to collaborate with Japanese companies, it would be better to be fluent in Japanese.

■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 2,800 ~3,200 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable

■ Fixed bonus (AWS): Yes
