Business Development Manager

**Hybrid work arrangement**
3 days at Office, 2 days work from home.
■RESPONSIBILITIES
To take a leading role in the development of new markets including but not limited to:· Initial market research, feasibility study
· Setup of legal entities and property research.
· If necessary, support the engagement process with real estate agents, design companies, and law firms.
· Validate the business plan of new stores and support the internal approval process for new store openings.
· Store operation management
· Menu design
· Production planning
· Supply chain planning
· Investment planning
· New staff hiring and training,
Manage the global store portfolio
· Monitoring the development status of subsidiaries in Asia, Europe, and the US.
· Maintain the centralized database on design specifications and capex investments and promote internal sharing of such information.
■REQUIREMENTS
Requirements and skills:· Excellent English communication skills
· Handle Japanese language to communicate with clients who only speak Japanese
· Degree holder, MBA welcome
· Effective oral and written communication skills
· Negotiation skill
· Excellent project management skill
· About 3 years experience in related fields, especially F&B, and hospitality.
· Familiarity and passion for F&B and hospitality industries are highly desirable.
· Frequent business trips required.
■SALARY/ GURANTEE
SGD 6,500 ~8,000 (MONTH) Open & Negotiable■WORKING HOURS

**Business Trip Allowance**Include Transport, Accommodation, Daily entertainment allowance
Winter Clothes Allowances
Employees traveling during the winter season are eligible to claim for winter clothes, up to S$200 for every 2 years.

All employees who have worked for more than three months with the Company are entitled to a medical benefit.
■HOLIDAYS/ VACATIONS
**Annual Leave**Non-Manger: 12 days
Manager :14 days
For every subsequent year of employment, an additional day of annual leave will be added to the annual leave entitlement, up to a maximum entitlement of 21 days for both non-managers and managers.
